Experience: Six (6) months of technical experience within the last two (2) years supporting, administering and maintaining Microsoft desktops and/or servers, department software applications, and network infrastructure in a professionally administered network.
-AND-
Education/Certification: Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed coursework from an accredited college, university or technical school in Information Technology or Business/Public Administration -OR- completion of at least one fundamental Microsoft Certification ; Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certification; or CompTIA certification (A+, N+ or S+).
